Sales Award Nominations Are Open for June 3 Event: The IES awards recognize companies and organizations that are doing the right things as it relates to sales and business development during challenging times. We’ll also recognize immixGroup leaders Art Richer, Steve Charles, and Jeff Copeland with our Lifetime Achievement Award. Nominate your company today.
IES Mentor Program Now Available: The IES launched a new Mentoring Program for Sales Professionals in the Mid-Atlantic region. The Mentor Program is a major feature of the newly renovated IES membership program. All IES members should have received a call or email from their mentor.
***Women in Sales Program Launched***
The IES is excited to kick off its Women in Sales (WiS) program on April 5 at the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce headquarters in Tysons Corner! WiS offers women sales professionals opportunities to strengthen their career and professional development through the exchange of advice, experience, education and mentorship. Join us on April 5!
Membership in the WiS program is separate from IES membership and will be available starting April 5. For April, May, and June, however, we’re offering a special monthly meeting price of $49 ($59 at the door). This includes lunch, content and monthly program admission. Members will be able to take advantage of the standard price of $39 per program immediately upon becoming members of WiS. Non-member pricing starting in July will be $69 per program. WiS membership is available to IES members at only $159 for the year. WiS membership for non-IES members will be $299.
Bill Cates Comes Back to the IES Stage on April 15: One of the highest rated IES speakers ever, The Referral Coach Bill Cates, makes a triumphant return to the IES stage on April 15. His topic this time will be “Win More Business with an Authentic Value Proposition™.” This is a sales program that will also appeal to CEOs, marketing leaders, and other. Register now here. Member Referrals: Members always ask how they can invite their friends or colleagues to become members of the IES. Members can always give out the promo code memberfriend to colleagues, associates, or co-workers to save $20 for any program. Also, whenever someone you refer to the IES becomes an Achiever or Elite member, we’ll send you a check for $100 right away. We love to send out those checks. Just sent an email us with the name of your referral and once they sign up, we’ll send the check right out.
Join the IES Membership Committee: One of our commitments for 2016 was to create many new opportunities for members to get involved with IES membership and programs. Many members have been looking for ways to get involved and ways to grow their business opportunities. Our new Membership Committee is a great place to do so.
