About Mayssa Haddad

Mayssa Haddad is a Senior Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) within the Public Sector Partner Programs team. In this role, Mayssa leads ISV and CoSell programs for the AWS Public Sector Organization, driving critical transformations of government, education, healthcare, and non-profit institutions globally. Mayssa has been part of the Programs team since 2018 and, as one of the early members on the team, she was instrumental in building the team’s core processes, piloting new programs, and managing mature programs at scale.
Mayssa has taken on several leadership positions as the team grew from 5 to 40 people in the span of 4 years. She currently leads a team of 8 Program Managers in driving adoption and enablement for three critical Partner Programs in Public Sector. Mayssa excels at building trust-based relationships, whether with AWS Partners or AWS colleagues globally, influencing program changes that improve AWS Partners’ experience. Mayssa also has a track record building high-performing teams through hands-on coaching.
