The IES was co-founded and is being led by Fred Diamond to recognize corporate and organizational sales and business development operational excellence, and promote best practices and thought leadership.

With the growth of the IES, Fred has also been causing waves in the sales world as well. Well-known as a marketing consultant to companies such as Microsoft, Oracle and others, Fred has led the IES to become a leading source of sales excellence, content development, and premiere sales training solutions. Fred himself is an exceptional speaker who frequently helps companies improve their sales processes and stay ahead of trends.

Thomas Ellis
Thomas EllisMembership, Committee Chair
Thomas Ellis chairs the IES Membership committee. He is a sales management veteran with over 30 years’ experience in coaching, consulting, developing sales personnel, and sales managers.

He runs EWC Consultants which focuses on teaching sales teams, business owners, and sales professionals how to master basic sales activities which leads to closing BIG deals.

Thomas is also serves as a Sales Advisor for the Bowie Business Incubator, Ambassador and Sales Advisor for the Maryland Women ‘s Business Center, and a Mentor for young adults at Year Up organization.

Philip Martin

Philip Martin has extensive experience and expertise in training and organizational development. From sales mentoring and training, leadership development, executive coaching, personal productivity, and organizational effectiveness, Philip’s high-energy focus toward “growing” individuals and their teams helps him to be a highly sought coach and trusted advisor to his clients.

For the past ten years, Philip has expanded his sphere of influence to provide management training and coaching in the broader topics of Leadership, Personal Productivity, and Organizational Effectiveness.

He is also a member of the International Coaching Federation, the Human Resources Leadership Forum, and the Association for Training and Development.
