VIENNA, Va. – Oct. 8, 2020 — The Institute for Excellence in Sales (IES) is proud to recognize Tamara Greenspan, Group Vice President for Public Sector Applications at Oracle, with its 4th Annual Women in Sales Executive Leadership Award. Greenspan will be honored at the virtual IES Sales Excellence Awards on Friday, October 16.
Criteria for the Woman in Sales Executive Leadership award includes sales leadership positions held at top brand companies, exemplary leadership or achievement in sales, service to the sales professional, and performance.
At Oracle, Greenspan is responsible for a team of account executives that deliver software solutions for complex business problems. The team assists the federal government, the international agency community and Canada with their digital transformation to realize greater business value through the adoption of the Oracle Cloud in areas including ERP, SCM, EPM, HCM and CX.
“The IES is very excited about the Women in Sales programs that we’ve been running for the past 5 years, such as our award-winning Women in Sales Leadership Forum,” said Fred Diamond, Co-Founder of the IES. “In sync with this, our annual award recognizes a hugely successful sales leader who has significantly helped her customers for an extended period of time and who has made a lasting and powerful impact on the sales professionals she has led. Tamara Greenspan fits this bill perfectly.”
Greenspan joined Oracle in 1989 and has held various sales and management positions within the Public Sector Business Unit. She has received numerous performance awards for achievement, including Oracle’s prestigious Leadership 2000 award chosen by her peers for sustained superior management and leadership success. She is the Community Leader for the Oracle Women’s Leadership (OWL) organization for the DC area and was awarded the 2014 Oracle Woman’s leadership award.
