Jay Nussbaum founded Agilex Technologies, Inc. in 2006 and served as its Chief Operating Officer. He served as Global Head of Sales, Marketing and Business Development for Citigroup Global Transaction Services, a division of Citigroup Global Markets Inc. from May 2004 to July 2006.

He joined Oracle in 1992 as Senior Vice President and General Manager of what was then Oracle Federal. He served as an Executive Vice President of Sales Force & Managed Services at BearingPoint Inc., (formerly, KPMG Consulting Inc.), since January 2003. From January 2002 to April 2004, Mr. Nussbaum was affiliated with BearingPoint, Inc., where he served as Head of Worldwide Sales.

He served as an Executive Vice President of Oracle Corporation. From 1991 to January 2002, he was affiliated with Oracle Corporation where he served as an Executive Vice President of Oracle Service Industries, a subsidiary of Oracle Corporation from October 1998 to December 2001. Nussbaum joined Oracle after a 24-year career with Xerox Corp. that culminated with his position as the President of Integrated Systems Operations.

Nussbaum received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business from the University of Maryland.
