2015 Recipient

Mark Weber served as Senior Vice President of Americas at NetApp, Inc. since May 2014 until August 2015. Weber served as vice president and general manager of the Network Appliance Federal Systems division at NetApp, Inc. Weber was responsible for managing and developing government business at the federal level and he oversees all aspects of the federal subsidiary including sales, engineering, business development, finance, operations and marketing.

Weber has more than 20 years of experience in federal technology sales and engineering. Prior to joining Network Appliance, Weber worked at Sun Microsystems for 13 years, serving in a variety of positions such as regional executive director for federal, state and local government, regional sales director for commercial, and financial district sales manager. Weber also previously worked as a federal account manager for Hewlett-Packard.

Weber holds a masters of business administration degree from the College of William and Mary and a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering and operations research from Virginia Tech.
