Teresa Carlson

Courtney S. Bromley has been with IBM for 31 years serving federal, state and local government agencies. In her current role, she manages all the Federal Government (non-DOD/Intel) as well as the State and Local Government and Education market across the United States as part of IBM’s US Federal and Public Sector Market. In addition to her other duties, she is the IBM Senior Location Executive for the Washington Metro Area, in charge of IBM corporate communication and community service for all IBM employees residing in the Maryland, Virginia, and DC region.

Ms. Bromley is a graduate of James Madison University and is on the Board of Advisors for the College of Business at JMU. She is also on the Board of the American Red Cross for the National Capitol Region and on the board of the Professional Services Council (PSC). She is active in community activities, including work with the National Kidney Foundation, the NFL Players Association, the DC College Access Program and spent ten years on the Board of Directors of Special Olympics DC.
