Great leadership requires sacrifice. As sales leaders, we are meant to put others before ourselves, act in service of our mission and vision, and steer the course when times get tough. Unfortunately, many of us have received a warped version of this message, leading us to sacrifice the wrong things–our well-being, sanity, family, and even aspects of who we are… to ‘succeed’ as a sales leader. We survive, get by, and work harder, when in reality, this can only take us, our team, and our organization so far, and at what cost?

Learn to redefine sales leadership:

  • Debunk the myths that are driving your definition of leadership, so that you can set up yourself and your team to work smarter, not harder
  • Understand why what you’ve been taught about sales leadership isn’t working, and why it’s the root cause of your professional AND personal challenges to date
  • Shift your focus to the ONE thing that will help you continually up-level your sales leadership and solve everyday challenges with greater ease and confidence
