Every Wednesday, IES Cofounder Fred Diamond interviews sales leaders about how they’re managing their customer relationships and working to make their team as strong as possible.
We’re excited to feature one of the top sales leaders in the public sector markets, Tristen Yancey, on this week’s show.
She’ll discuss how she’s working with her team to bring their customers as much value as possible.
• How she is coaching her senior and junior sales professionals right now.
• What her customer conversations are looking like.
• How she’s keeping herself focused and performing at the highest level right now.
Don’t miss this lesson.
