Every IES member is assigned to a mentor who will be available to give you career advice, guidance and input. IES mentors have achieved a high degree of success in their career and look forward to helping other members improve their sales careers.
Sales leaders in the Washington DC region have been attending IES programs for the past 4 years. The programs feature the top sales speakers and authors providing world-class content on sales strategies, tactics, and information. Elite and Achiever level members get to attend all 10-12 programs for free; Closer level members get 50% off the cost of the monthly programs and Influencer level members get to attend for 25% off. They are held on the 3rd or 4th Friday of each month. Doors open at 7:15am for hot breakfast and networking. The actual workshop begins at 8:10am and is given by a published author, speaker or thought leader. The presentations usually last 105 minutes and are followed up by networking.
Members get discounted guest passes for clients and co-workers. Members also can get a $100 referral fee for all new members they bring to the IE
The IES brings the world’s top sales thought leaders to sales leaders. Each month, IES members have an opportunity to learn from an IES thought leader in a casual setting over lunch (additional at-cost charge for lunch may apply).
The IES has a large library of sales tools, videos, presentations and articles produced by some of the top sales training experts in the world. 7×24 access to this library is a benefit to Elite members only.
The IES typically hosts two social and networking programs per year – one in the spring and one during the holiday season. Closer, Achiever and Elite members are invited to attend at no extra cost.
Every speaker who has ever graced the IES stage has been taped. Members get to watch these videos whenever they want to revisit some of the great lessons that have been shared.

The IES has relationships with the best sales products and service providers in the industry. We offer members access to best of breed service providers such as marketing automation providers, prospecting firms, and training companies at costs they cannot get on their own.
