Announcing the AI for Sales Excellence Awards!
The Institute for Excellence in Sales (IES) is the Center of Excellence for Corporate B2B and B2G sales leadership. The IES has been recognizing companies for corporate sales excellence at its annual Sales Excellence Award event each spring. For years, the IES has been presenting awards for excellence in sales management, sales training, strategic alliances, and sales innovation. In 2025, the IES will be presenting its first ever “AI for Sales Excellence Award.”
The new award will be recognizing companies that have used AI (artificial intelligence) to help improve the following:
Sales coaching, Sales enablement, Sales management, Sales performance, Sales pipeline management, Sales prospecting, Sales training, Teaming and alliances, Customer engagement
Companies must fill out an application and submit a video showing how they are using AI to improve the above. The IES recognizes organizations that are exemplary in managing and optimizing the sales process and performance of their sales leaders and professionals. This new award will identify companies that have already begun implementing great things using AI as it relates to their sales operations.
Companies are always striving to be seen as great places for sales professionals to work at. With the rapid acceptance of AI throughout the sales process, demonstrating that your company is making it easier for customers to engage and for sales professionals to perform are paramount. Show how your company is leading the way with AI usage and deployment to be seen as a better employer for salespeople and as a better partner to your customers.
🏆 Other Key Considerations
This award is for B2B and B2G companies. Tool and applications vendors may nominate their end-user customers, but the award is for companies.
Companies may submit more than one nomination, but an individual nomination and video must accompany each application.
There is no cost to apply. Winning companies will be invited to attend the IES gala to accept their awards.
🏆 Deadlines
March 1, 2025: Application Deadline. All written and video submissions must be submitted.
March 12, 2025: Finalists will be made aware of their status.
March 21, 2025: Winners will be notified.
May 1, 2025: Five companies will be given this new award at the IES annual award event. They will each get 1 minute to present their solution at the event.
🏆 About the Award Event
The 15th Annual IES Award gala is one the business community’s big events. In addition to the new AI for Sales Excellence awardees, the IES will bestow 6 awards including its 15th Annual Lifetime Achievement Award to NVIDIA Public Sector leader Anthony Robbins and its Women in Sales Leadership award to Deloitte’s Global Public Sector leader Beth McGrath.
